Can I request specific styles or themes?

Absolutely! Just let me know your preferences, and I’ll tailor the design accordingly. Feel free to share reference images or descriptions for the best results.

What file types will I receive?

You’ll receive a high-res PNG by default—bright, clean, and print-ready. If you know the item you’re printing on (t-shirt, mug, wall art, etc.), tell me the POD dimensions and I’ll tailor the graphic to fit perfectly. If not, I’ll create a standard universal square PNG at 3000 x 3000 px (300 DPI), which works well for most print-on-demand products. You’ll also receive a PDF catalog showcasing your custom graphic on a variety of mock-up products so you can see how it looks across a variety of merch.

Can I order my custom graphic in different sizes for various merch?

Yes — the "Photo to Custom Graphic" listing includes variations/add-ons for multiple sizes. Choose the size options or the “Multiple Sizes” add-on when ordering, or message me with your item types or POD dimensions (templates welcome). I’ll deliver each file optimized and labeled for printing so your design fits tees, mugs, wall art, and more.

Can I request revisions?

Absolutely — I want you to love your design! The first three revisions are free. For additional changes, please purchase the "Revision" listing (each extra revision is $15). Message me via Etsy Conversations before buying so we can confirm availability and details.

Can I see what my graphic will look like on merch?

Yes — I’ll create a free custom catalog mockup just for you, showing your design on the specific items you want to preview plus popular options like mugs, tees, hats, and more. It’s a fun way to see your vision come to life before you print.

What if I want sparkles, rhinestones, fringes, or iron-ons?

Choose the Glitz-N-GLAM package for rhinestones, beads, and shiny crystals — I’ll design it rhinestone-ready and glam it up! I’ll also tailor designs for fringes or iron-on transfers, spend time sourcing the perfect rhinestones, beads, and iron-ons for your project, and cut any fringes by hand for a custom finish. Please note these embellishment-ready designs are crafted by hand, so they may not be machine-perfect (I always do my best for a polished result). Feel free to send photos or inspiration so I can match your vision.

Can I use the graphic for my business products?
